    • Going Visible is a personal health companion app
    • The service is not a medical device or clinical tool
    • AI-generated insights are informational only — not medical advice
    • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions

    Eligibility

    • You must be 18 years or older to use Going Visible
    • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
    • One account per person
  4. 04

    Your Account

    • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
    • You are responsible for all activity under your account
    • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

    Health Data & Content

    • You own all health data and content you submit
    • You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service
    • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
    • Do not enter data belonging to others without their consent

    Care Circle

    • You control who you invite to your care circle
    • You are responsible for permissions you grant to circle members
    • Supporters may only access data you explicitly permit
    • You can remove anyone from your circle at any time

    Acceptable Use

    • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Do not attempt to access other users' data
    • Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the service
    • Do not use the service to harm or harass others

    Intellectual Property

    • Going Visible and its design are our intellectual property
    • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
    • Your health data remains yours at all times

    Third-Party Content

    • We use LOINC, the international standard for naming lab tests, to recognise the same test across your lab reports

    • We are not liable for decisions made based on app content
